You just started two other threads about memory, which made me think that maybe a poor memory might lead to more happiness.
So,
Don't:
1. Get 6 to 8 hours of sleep
2. Drink plenty of water - dehydrated brain wont be able to focus
3. Exercise
4. Salt levels in your body effects your memory
5. Stress effects your memory
6. Avoid excessive sugar
7. Avoid excessive alcohol
8. What ever you want to remember turn it into a picture
