.... I really should give myself the gift of not being as hard on myself but I find it almost impossible.
I blame and dis credit myself for every tiny little thing .
I never give myself a break.
And I know I'm being hard on myself but maybe I'm meant to be.
I may have done thousands of good deeds , but I focus on the one or two things I did wrong.
