I'm a big fan of Robert Monroe (who coined the term and method for Phasing) and Frank Kepple (listed above, from the astral pulse) who made the method more widely available to people.
There's nothing dangerous about Phasing. It's just another way to project... you end up in the SAME PLACE as classic OBEs and other forms that end in astral projection. It's just that Monroe and Kepple labeled these areas more precisely than most "old world mystics" did. And they did so being more modern and slightly more scientifically.
