is kind of
a toss you around the room
fall down on the floor
kind of day
well at least it happened twice...
well anyway...
good thing
he cottoned on
to kneeling
while meditating...
makes it palatable...
speaking of which
when he started kneeling
again
recently
he found
his arms
were light
not heavy
and it was easy to hold them up.
that was an interesting development
especially so
since
he never tried to get
from here to there
it just kinda happened
kind of a dream
come true...
lol!
