This happened to me while i was at Georg Shugden empowerpowerment we had been chanting all day it had gone seven o'clock at night or around d that time when i sudden found my self floating up to the ceiling my thought were hello what's going on here, as i turned around i could see the the audience and the monk teacher it did not last very long the guy next to me pushed me in the shoulder and i got pulled back into my body it was instant, the only other time this happened was in my infant days and teenage years there was an high pitched hum before i was projected out of my body but unless you are aware this is happening you just think its dream that looks very real sorry guys no spirit visitors on mine but i knew they existed its al-bout letting it happen and not letting ur ego get in the way as it hates to loose control i had many spiritual experiences in my younger days my brother was very jealous he thought i was making it up to get attention, i hate lieing its not good for the soul so i don't lie intentionally only to protect people who are afraid or scared
