[Unseeking Seeker]

This poem format
Remember the rule
Of the syllables
In each paragraph
Reducing gently

First there are five
Four Three Two One
In a pattern
We all can learn

Must conform
To beauty
All may see

Renew
Anew

In my first attempt, I focused only on the lines, not syllables and the faux pas went like this:

Journey of self to self through self

In the beginning
childlike innocence
and softened attention
gently rotated polarities
in carefree playful parlance

With formation of ego identity
came immersion in narrowness
stagnation in domain of transience
enveloping us in delusion of separateness

Upon exhausting and expending all our energy
recognising the futility of our stuporous indulgence
thought rested attention distilled in divine entwined synergy

The dropping of fears & desires spiralling the external ephemeral
unifying our in-form and formless consciousnesses with love eternal
