I knew one woman who would burn sandalwood incense for asthma. To me, her remedy did not make any sense. But then...... I started to play around with essential oils. If I played around with the oils casually, I would not have any asthma problem. But if I entered a building that you could smell essential oils, etc., I would react. I suspect in my case, when I become asthmatic, I am in a 'flight mode'.
