hi i don't know what you saw when your 3rd eye was opened i suggest work with a experienced group or tutor my third eye was opened from birth maybe when i was three if i be honest and i used to see al sorts of nightmares and wonderful things if you have a high or bright aura that will attract the neg entities' cause were like a food source to them i be leave this is why you can be suddenly be come irritated for no reason at all there's louds of info out there but they don't tell you everything so source more then one place if anything get your info from as many place as possible then compare there notes with your own to find out what is best for you as we are all slightly different
