It never used to affect me much physically, more emotionally, in the past. But the last couple of years the physical impact can be big.
But that's for me. Not to say everyone will be affected this way.
And some full moons are wonderful, others give me great pain.
This time with the new moon I think it was also the combi 'new moon & portal'.
