What do you believe frightens some Christians? That was not clear. Your whole post there seems to be very Christian to me. It's not Christians who deny a Creator God and a permanent eternal soul, it's Buddhism. Though I would not say Buddhist's are "frightened" to believe in a Creator God or a permanent eternal soul. They just don't believe they exist.
