It just came to me naturaly.I placed energy to the eye's iris,and i felt a warm effect.Then it started to spread to other regions of the body as well.That's weird.For the moment i'm not sure,but i think i felt a 'fire' based current that reached even my feet.

I did the same by placing healing to the iris,and i tried the pupil as well.
With the pupil,the current was more 'agressive' and i could somehow control it,via thought.

In any case,the result was very interesting and i like the result.
