Very few of us are able to learn the skills required in a short time. In the beginning we suffer through distortions which result, not from the source but from our lack of confidence. At least in my case it was this way for a year or more. I don't think it's stupid at all. Keep trying. You will see great improvements. It will turn into a channel to the other worlds that will be worth the effort. It is a beginning. Develop it. Keep up the good work.
