The guy I mentioned does talk about panpsychism as well, so I thought maybe you meant his panspiritism.
From what I understand, for the most part his bit is about getting away from hardcore materialism, but not throwing science completely out the window. Like a philosophy that encompasses both spirit and science. One that doesn't deny spirit.
