Heart Meditations

INNER HEART MEDITATION


* First breathe down into your lower belly, below your navel, for several minutes, allowing and accepting whatever you feel.

* Next, as you breathe in your belly also breathe into your heart center in your chest, continuing to allow and accept whatever you feel.

Putting one palm on the center of your chest may help you become more aware in the heart.

If there is tension or discomfort just keep breathing, accepting and letting go and notice how it begins to soften and release.


* Now begin to breathe more deeply into your heart center inwardly toward your back.

(Again, if you feel any discomfort stay with it and breathe as you allow it to soften and release.)

* Imagine your heart center opening inwardly, beyond the physical dimension, into an open quiet space.

* The essence of opening the inner heart is feeling the wide open space there... and breathing deeply into it.


You might feel a warmth or vibration in the center of your chest as you begin to experience love with-no-object... love for-no-reason.
