You were receiving memories that aren't yours because you were connecting to the All That Is. And when you are connected to that, you receive memories, experiences, messages that are meant for others - because they are all that is too.
That is all that is happening. Nothing to be worried about, but rather something to explore more with joy when you are ready for it.
Use discernment with the information. It is just information, intel, insight. What you do with it is up to you - act on it, let it go, refine it / tweak it, etc.
And as John said, work with your higher self and guides and they will keep anything that doesn't match their vibration away.
