I have suffered at least 3 involuntary astral projections before which I find specially disgusting. The 2 notable facts are that I saw my body from the outside and I thought I was dead. I also saw my spiritual form.

But this experience was somehow different.

My house has a front door and a back door. I always use the back door because it is the quickest access.

A couple of days ago I was sleeping. In a dream I saw myself in first person walking out the back door and going to the front door.

My vision was totally distorted during the walk, like if I was underwater with my eyes open.

When I got to the front door, I saw a yellow post-it note taped to the door with something handwritten on the paper. I read a phone number.

I woke up the next morning. I didn't remember the dream until later that day.

I opened the front door from the inside and there it was. A yellow post-it with exactly the same handwriting that I saw in my dream.

My question is what kind of experience is this one. I don't remember being kicked out of my body like on previous astral projections. A precognitive dream usually is not so detailed.
