I'm agoraphobic and it doesn't bother me that much - I wear headphones and study a foreign language while I'm doing it - so I'm doing three things at once
I can speak Chinese and I do religious monk exercises -- I don't really always want to be a monk - but that's what I am in reality - life is circle walking and tai chi - so I would probably be a taoist monk but I don't really care to get mixed up in any religions -- so I'm just an independent individual that does monastic exercises
it gives me a little bit more strength than I would have if I didn't do it and I enjoy learning Chinese
