God, the eternal mind=Spirit, is the same today as he was yesterday and will be into the everlasting. He is the one and only constant, in that he has been constantly evolving from everlasting unto everlasting.

The only mind that has ceased to evolve, is the mind that has ceased to exist.

What are my thoughts on the weekly Sabbath. IMO as revealed in the scriptures, the weekly Sabbath was only a shadow of the coming reality, the day of the Lord: the Lord's day of one thousand years, the great Sabbath which is the seventh day from the day that Adam ate of the forbidden fruit and died in that day at the age of 930.

The book of Jubilees, 4: 31-32; And he (ADAM) lacked seventy years of one thousand years; for one thousand years are as one day in the testimony of the heavens and therefore was it written concerning the tree of knowledge: ’On the day that ye eat thereof ye shall die.’ For this reason he did not complete the years of this day; for he died during it.

Colossians 2: 16-17; So let no one make rules about what you eat or drink or about holy days or the New Moon Festival or 'THE SABBATH'. All such things are only a shadow of things in the future; etc.
