Like Abrahams always says, focus.
You can focus your thoughts and emotions. You can choose. You just got to learn to become aware every time you have negative thoughts or emotions and refocus them.
It's training yourself to think and feel different which is possible. Depending on how negative you are it takes more or less time, but it can be done.
