I like ambient music as well and include them in meditations that I create. They sometimes work a bit like ASMR to me.
I listen to a lot of soundscapes as well which is not so much about the music, as the atmospheric ASRM kinds of sounds (rain, scribbling, pages flipping, fire crackling).
All of these are great to listen to when you want to relax, and also when you have to do some things you don't feel like doing
