I am certain you are right but all the lessons I have found are during the day and I work full time. Also, my life is manic so I need to be able to fit it in where I can. I figure some tai chi is better than none at all.
I used to do yoga, which I know is different, but I loved it and I wanted to try out tai chi to see which I preferred.
