I don't know what you were doing, scary dreams are one thing but actually entering hell realms is from going below the root center. I'd often wake up hearing very angry animals growling and barking in my ears and people screaming lol.
I like what Miss Hepburn said. I'd add that if you're having continued issues focus on your heart of throat when as you lay down to sleep.
