There are three stages to any human life. First is being born and growing. Next is learning how to function, expressing, procreating. Last is wisdom, teaching. You are at this time in your life now. May I suggest a short quiet time each evening before sleep? Breath easily. Reflect but cast aside all personality considerations. Now what is left? Reality. Do this for a few weeks and all will be made clear.
