Morning Silver. I put my beef short ribs in a pan and rendered some of the fat off at 450 degrees for 30 minutes (no cover). Then drained the fat from the pan, and dumped a bunch of bbq sauce on them. Added a little water (to account for evaporation), covered them with aluminum foil and baked them for 2 hours. Geez there was a lot of grease. But they were good. And the bones will be saved to make some bone broth (I cooked a double batch of ribs so we could have some for leftovers).

How about garlic and hot sauce.

Tonight my hubby will grill some antelope steaks on the outdoor grill (he is not aware of it yet ). Hunting season is right around the corner and I need to use up what little I have left from last year.
