I think i have the same problem as well.I get so angry with it that i used command to kill the cause (without knowing what is it).Instantly the pain went away,and transfered to my other arm.
I discovered it's a solar plexus thing.Also everytime i was drinking a
cold coffee,the pain was returning and i couldn't even move my arm upwards.
I fixed the 80% of it by working with sun's energies in vision and invocations.
My work ignited the solar plexus and as long as i had sugar and extra calories inside me,it was burning them,producing an euphoric amount of warm energy.
Getting 'sweat' might also help fix it.
In simple words,'heat things up'.
