hey, if you haven't yet found the answer (highly unlikely, stupid me
)
I am assuming you have windows PC or laptop, since those are most common. Else you will need some other editing app on your device.
1. Open the picture in paint (right click on picture> open with> paint)
2. On the top left under HOME tab, there will be option to resize the image.(or simple press ctrl+W )
3. Do, that. And done.
