I took the powder for some time with black pepper but didn't notice it doing much.Perhaps I should have got organic stuff as I buy the fresh root off the market sometimes and the organic is far better. I also like the taste of the fresh root but find the taste of the powder awful.Perhaps if I make an alcoholic tincture I could put drops in milk or add it to olve oil to take or for a liver rub,will end up looking part jaundiced!
