Yes you can have earth bound spirit who need to be shown into the Light. but it is not usually like that.

Yes I get that same impression too. That's why I mentioned that many of these paranormal shows are "embellished" for entertainment purposes. But I wanted to use that show as an example of what I was concerned about.
