I was curious what others feel when they are activating their Reiki to treat themselves or a client?
When I activate Reiki prior to treating someone etc. I feel the energy flow come through my crown and to the rest of my body. My whole body also feels warm and feels really hot occasionally. It isn't that my body gets literally warm or hot, it feels like it's the energy flow. I was curious if anyone gets this hot feeling over their whole body.
