I also noticed many times that meditating in the sun makes it difficult to go deep within but for me, it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the eyes because wearing sunglasses and a hat doesn't help. It seems
direct sunlight on the body hinders the deep meditation process. Have you experienced this?
