I have this type of dream a lot. I was in a certain type of technical business where I had a professional skillset and varying leader roles and struggled to meet high, some times impossible demands from people low and high on the ladder. A decade after leaving that kind of work I still often have dreams of being back in that kind of work environment, feeling the weight of the people I had to deal with. I consider them nightmares, drummed up by a subconsciousness that never managed to put it all behind me. I fully expect this to go on for as long as I live, unfortunately.
