This is the actual source by the way: The Bible: Matthew 5:8

"Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God."

which was changed to

"Blessed are the pure in heart: for they have looked into their heart of darkness."

Then somebody claimed it is now a Buddhist teaching.
