One of my regular church-goer friends gifted me a diary on my birthday, with the words "Let Go and Let God" on it's cover. It has a page of beautiful one line prayers mostly relating to forgiveness. I have kept that diary on my desk so that I can see it everyday ... as a reminder to 'not' to make me be too hard on myself when it comes to forgiving others and myself as well.
