It looks like your bro got some extremely beastlike tendency and very powerful psychic abilities as I got to see him in my vision. He was trying to hurt you not only physically but also mentally too. He's not the original right from the start, and it looks like he has been completely taken over by powerful creatures that strive nothing but control.
Lets see if I was right. There is a terrible creature right in my vision when I tried to access him and yours.
These angels do not come often unless special circumstances. I might be wrong but its like within 10 or 30 individuals. But fragments of their existence or things that happened as in like miracles, can come from them. To most people, such miracles only lasts a short or brief period or moment.
