As Rah nam mentioned, Travelers is good. It's a series rather than a film.
A quirky time-travel film is called Timecrimes (or Los cronocrÃmenes to give it its original Spanish title).
If you understand Spanish, don't mind subtitles or can sit through dub then I'd recommend this little beauty.
