I've tried to figure out what shadow people are (as I have seen and other people have seen them around me in the past) but am afraid I am no wiser.

There is one (I can not say if it is one and the same, though) who is moving around a small area in my home and looking at me if let's say I am in my bed reading something in the evenings. That small area and around that small area have in the past been paranormal activity.

There is no other paranormal or poltergeist activity in the home and have not been for now a really long period of time.

What to do with shadow-people?
