Each week we go through a customized guided meditation, followed by a discussion which is also powerful healing energy work. She makes dietary, lifestyle recommendations such as essential oils, sauerkraut juice, aloe vera, etc. (these were custom for my situation). I received these guidelines for Pranic lifestyle:

8 Pranic Supports

1. Meditation (eg counting)
2. Tuning/Feeling Connected to the Universe. Asking questions, how to heal, etc.
3. Mind Mastery, when mind rambles, go back to heart and breathing. Why am I thinking this?
4. Lighten up diet, go lighter and lighter. Don’t eat things that you know harm your body
5. Taking care of body, exercise, move, Qigong, soft Yoga poses that don’t bother surgery. Treat your body like a temple
6. Find your purpose, give your gift to the world, selfless service
7. Going out more in nature. Being in silence, incl. silence of fingers
