Hi and Welcome here!
Writers, for the simplicity of language, usually use 'He' when referring to God.
SO much easier than throughout their writings to always say He/She/It...
But speaking for myself ---knowing God, meeting God ...I came away with: "OH! Now I see why He was always called He."
There is such a Magnificence of Power that The Presence simply feeeeels masculine.
And as I always say to feminists that buck me ...
HEY, If it was good enough for
Jesus to say Father and He ---it's ok with ME!
You wanna say Goddess or Divine Mother - go ahead.
As far as 'feelings'? God is nothing if not feeelings.
(From my personal, intimate, up-close and personal experiences.)
