Hi Lightwinds,
I must say that was one of the most beautifulest meditations i have ever heard of, seems so pure to the heart, i need to get back fully into my meds, but because of preasures going on i had to stop, but this has trually inspired me to go give it a whirl, im gona try this out now myself thank you....
