If this be so, beginning with Self, which we are minus ego, why would we choose to enter duality then?

The Self, as living light, renewing itself within itself, without attributes, is complete in singularity. The qualifying word ‘complete’ alludes to pristine awareness at my level of understanding in direct experience.

So what is lacking even though we as Self feel no lack, no limitation? In my view, it is Love, wisdom and power or we may say, the threefold aspect of Christ consciousness (the term Christ consciousness should not be confused with Jesus, the sage or however scriptures view Him).

It would appear that made in God’s image, we as Self, are as He, that is, living light but as an embryo, an infant. Thus, Self as one with God or we may say God individuated as Self in singularity, these are but semantics, Self as the whole as a seed, is hatched out of the cosmic egg or hiranyagarbha to embody in form, love, light and wisdom, a learning offered in duality, of which Earth is said to be the best school.

When we speak of Self as in direct realisation as recognised in singularity, which occurs when ego or identity drops off, whilst reclaiming what we always were, are and will be, the choiceless choice exercised to polarise consciousness by descending into duality must be examined as with purpose, not purely whimsical.

The term God does not go down well with many non-dual and Buddhist ideologies, which speak of Self as the all there is. Sure. It’s alright to say the Absolute has manifested Itself into myriad forms, which are eventually drawn back into the Absolute and thus people say, God alone is, the all there is, which is correct and yet looking deeper, the merging of the drop in the ocean, which makes it the ocean, yet retains within the totality, all the individuated essences of Itself, which may crystallise again as of the will of God or the essence, both being one.

The manner in which the truth is revealed to each of us may vary as of how we choose to receive it but there are multiple voids or veils to be penetrated, in my view, each void being subtler than the one before it. As such, if we congratulate ourself on realisation, we would do better to say it is an intermediate realisation. This applies to even the most ascended sages.
