[B thank you this is the best advice to everybody
As you know this new me every day I was trying to say positivity related positively avoid negative people because negative payment bring you down to their level and blame you for their issues and you're not to blame
But positively all the way and yes losing weight was the best thing I ever did in my life I've only got another stone or two to lose then no one more die in ever again because I'm going to be sensible what I ate
Because my dinner and sit there my dinner and I had I had spam Madras with carrots and Fire veggies potatoes which was very nice but now for like nice to mix on fire but all that is good advice and thank you
