How I Stay Positive Towards Achieving My Goals
- I make lists or charts to see how I'm doing with my goals.
- When I do well, I treat myself to something nice.
- I often think about the good things happening in my journey.
- I talk to people who did what I want to do and learn from them.
- I spend time with others who have similar goals. We help each other out.
- I put up quotes and pictures that make me feel good around my space.
- I keep trying new things that are related to what I want to achieve.
- I make a board with pictures and words that show my dreams. I look at it every day.
- I write in my notebook about what's going on and what I achieve. It helps me see how far I've come.
- I remind myself why my goals matter to me. It keeps me going strong.
