Wasn't sure where to put this but it fits in with meditation and yoga.
I've heard in the past that people do not breathe correctly. Fast forward to present day, a few nights ago I remembered reading something about breath work. I didn't remember the technique but I just started to breathe in and out slowly and this helped me to go back to sleep in the middle of the night. Today while I was on YouTube, I saw a video about breath work. Turns out there are health benefits to doing breath work. Of course, you can do it by itself. It doesn't need to be done only during meditation or doing yoga.
