Ive been able to just go do something for someone else intentionally to uplift them with zero self involvement. Make the intention strong and directed only at the other person, only wanting to praise them and see them illuminate.

Any blockage that clears allot of people agree feels like a rush of heat or even prana. It feels like eucalyptus and a hair dryer blowing on your skin to me in the area of a cleared obstruction.
