In my view heart is a tough one. Love employs no force and is innate to us, so it should be easy but it isn’t. Why? Because of misalignment between head and heart, between ego and soul. Hence we need to discern here ~ is the impulse felt by us from ego/identity or from spirit/universal consciousness?
Recognition is the key. Mindfully plotting thought flow if we cannot cease it altogether, slowing thought, simply looking without judging or asssigning ownership to thought.
It’s a slow but sure process.
As for entities etc., they visit if we are fearful, we invite them. So don’t. That’s all.
I’d suggest look at the core of the issue instead of getting entangled in what this or that chakra represents.
