I am very thankful that finally after two years of trying I have successfully made a gluten free white bread. I am coeliac so I can only eat gluten free food. The gluten free bread in the supermarket is expensive and stale. I can only eat it when it has been toasted.
The bread I made was not from a packet mix. I got the recipe on line from America and adjusted the recipe a little. The bread was very light and fresh. I have made other breads but it has not been nearly as good as the bread I made today.
The bread I made myself was about half the cost of supermarket bread.
