If it feels better, focus more specifically. And if it feels worse, diffuse focus. Withdraw focus. It is so simple. The words are just for communication. That is done for communities and communion. And if one wants to commune, then use words. But even if you dont its no big deal! cant get it wrong and you wont EVER get it done. (dramatic piano vibrations at the end.... Or should I say... At the lack of an end?)
