Aura - Why this forum has me

Hello there! I am very interested in input from folks who utilize, or in my case, suffer from "Auras". Why suffer you ask? Some backstory is needed here...

About 8 years ago, I had surgery (of you can call it that..) done on my eyes. The name of the procedure fails me now, however the process does not, for it was quite horrific for me. Most others seem to have no problems with it, so maybe I am just a eye-wimp. Anyhow, to truncate the story down, they ground your body out, then zap your eyeballs with arcing electricity, in an attempt to increase the blood flow so as to relieve the eye pressure that is glaucoma. It works (they say...) about 80% of the time. Sadly, I fell into the 20% bracket. However, I developed these aura things around many things, not just humans\animals. For me, the easiest way to describe them is like the thick line stroke of a comic book character, but not a solid black like stroke; It really varies quite profoundly! It seems as though some people and "things" are often the same or close to the same color rarely changing from a green or a blue, where others it is quite literally distracting. For instance, one day while waiting in the checkout line in a local hardware store, there was a woman in the next line over...Slender, long straight grey\white hair, who was making me squint it was so... Bright. I felt a tinge of guilt because I know I had to been staring....

ANYHOW, there is much that I kind of presume about what the colors actually mean, but I know there is a lot I am clueless about. Over the years, its been kind of a novelty among my inner circle of friends that I do this, and some have helped me make some key observations with it. The most useful one for me is the lying color: Lavendar to Magenta. Tested tried and true, so dont try bluffing at cards with me ;-) Another one ive seen multiple times is an affliction aura: Orange to Yellow inverted stroke; IE: the color is radiating inward instead of outward from th e person. In at least 3 occasions, this has been attributed to Sociopaths or Paranoid Schizophrenia \ Multiple Personality Disorders.

So anyhow, help me fill in the blanks if you can. I am losing my eyesight faster than I'd like, and would like some personal closure on this. Thank you!
