Slowly increase the time you try to ap. You may start 5 minutes then increase it by 5 or 10 minutes. Eventually it will get longer and longer.
I can understand you want to do other things so it is easy to keep putting it off. It is good to get into a routine then it becomes a habit. Choose a time then keep to it.
