I have an acronym called A4 for this purpose which I read in an article on self-improvement. It goes as Awareness-Action-Accountability-Auditing.
Awareness stands here for being aware of a negative habit or trait one wishes to change.
Action is an action plan you create to change the trait or habit, with timelines and targets.
Accountability is ensuring that the action plan is implemented precisely.This ensures correctives and better planning if needed.
Auditing is checking out whether the results are attained, plans implemented, any details overlooked and so on, and ensuring precision in work.
Hope this acronym A4 comes useful to people here.  |
